भागलपुर :-भागलपुर पुलिस को बड़ी सफलता हाथ लगी है दरअसल अकबर नगर थाना क्षेत्र के खेरहैया ग्राम निवासी अनुज देव मंडल के पुत्र सुशांत कुमार शिवम के हत्यारे को पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार कर लिया।
सिटी एसपी सुशांत कुमार सरोज ने प्रेस वार्ता कर बताया कि बीते 5 नवंबर को सुशांत अपने सहयोगी सुमन के साथ रुपया जमा करने बैंक जा रहा था रास्ते में अपराधियों द्वारा सुशांत को घेर कर रुपए की छिनतई करने की कोशिश की गई। जब सुशांत ने अपराधियों को रुपया नहीं दिया तो अपराधियों ने सुशांत को गोली मार दी जिसके बाद उसकी मौत हो गई। घटना के बाद सुशांत के परिजनों और समाजसेवियों द्वारा अपराधियों की गिरफ्तारी हेतु लगातार आवाज उठाया जा रहा था। तत्पश्चात सीनियर एसपी के निर्देश पर विशेष टीम का गठन कर अपराधियों के विरुद्ध लगातार छापेमारी की जा रही थी छापेमारी के क्रम में कई जानकारियों को इकट्ठा कर व अपराधियों के बीच फोन पर की गई बातचीत को एकत्रित किया गया। उसके आधार पर पुलिस ने हबीबपुर थाना क्षेत्र के मोइद्दीनपुर निवासी भोलू केसर व मोहम्मद लाल अंग्रेज को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया।
सिटी एसपी ने बताया कि घटना के कुछ दिनों पहले मृतक के चाचा का फोन चोरी हुआ था इस फोन से अपराधी आपस में बात कर रहे थे, जिसकी कॉल रेकॉर्ड एकत्रित की गई। उन्होंने बताया कि हत्या के दौरान सुशांत से छिनतई की गयी रुपये को रिकवर नहीं करा पाया गया है।
